This is Continuous type piston filling machine which greatly improve filling speed . It consists of bottle feeding conveyor , bottle sensor, dosing and filling system and product tank. Bottles are non-stop during the filling process, the filling heads are moving together with the bottles. This is how the filling speed is improved. And the dosing system is driven by servo motor, different filling volume can be set from touch screen directly.

This automatic capping machine is used for closing screw type caps, it is made up by 3 parts: Cap feeding system, cap loading system and cap closing system.
